We always want to know more about what our sector does, we want to ask about how you do this or that, about how you deal with… This is the moment for sharing knowledge and expertise among us

Topics to be discussed:

  1. What is an Intelligent / smart destination and what is the impact in MICE Industry?
  2. What do the member expect from ICCA? And what do they think of recent changes: significant change of staff, creation of a company that now has some of the responsibilities that used to be of the association…?
  3. How should the future of the Iberian Chapter be like? What is the value that each of us expects for being a ICCA member? What can we do to attract more members to ICCA?
  4. Ethical code in MICE sector. How far do we get? IB Chapter ICCA members agree not to…. can IB chapter member do something in all the events we have during 2022?
  5. What is the impact of subventions granted by official organisations? Do they make an effective impact on the selection of the destination? Should this question be a part of the ethical code?
  6. How to innovate when bidding?
  7. How can venues, cities and PCO leave their mark on the attendees. We don’t only want them to remember the congress, but also our spaces, cities…
